Zanova Global offers promotional rewards, digital store wallet bonuses, viral sharing ecosystems, and luxury travel giveaways to enhance our customer experience. By participating, you agree to these fair-play rules.
1. Reward Eligibility
All referral rewards, digital vouchers, and promotional gift links are issued strictly based on verified, completed purchases. Points or gift items are capped per account to ensure fair distribution across our global community.
2. Store Wallet Bonuses
Digital wallet balances, promotional store credits, and cash-back bonuses are non-transferable and hold no real-world cash value outside of the Zanova Global platform. Wallet credits can only be applied toward authorized storefront purchases and cannot be withdrawn as physical currency.
3. Account Fair-Play
Automated scripts, duplicate profile creation, or any manipulation of our sharing ecosystems to claim multiple rewards is strictly prohibited. Zanova Global reserves the right to audit, freeze, or cancel promotional rewards if any fraudulent activity is detected.
4. Voucher Modifications
All third-party digital rewards are subject to availability. Zanova Global reserves the right to modify, adapt, or swap active reward items for equivalents of equal utility at any time without prior notice.
5. Luxury Travel & Trip Giveaways (Exclusions & Visa Refusals)
Promotional travel packages, experiences, or grand holiday giveaways are hosted under strictly managed seasonal marketing windows. If eligible, the prize covers only the base promotional trip package itself. It explicitly does not include travel insurance, medical coverage, emergency expenses, personal spending money, or visa processing fees. All visa applications, compliance documents, and associated costs are the sole 100% responsibility of the traveler. In the event that a destination country refuses entry or declines a visa application, Zanova Global holds zero responsibility, the reward is forfeited, and the participant cannot claim any cash or alternative reward.
6. Verification, Claims, & Decline Authority
Zanova Global reserves the absolute right to manually audit and verify all reward claims before final distribution. Even if a reward or voucher is initially flagged as approved by our automated system, we maintain the strict right to decline, reverse, or cancel any promotional payout if it fails our deep verification checks. Decisions made by our internal fulfillment audit team are final, and no legal claims, legal activity, or secondary appeals can be made against declined promotional rewards.
